Annur Razan: A New Bundle Of Joy



Annur Razan is my third child yet she is the first daughter. She was born on the 2nd of August 2012 @ 13 Ramadhan1433H(I wished she came out earlier on the 1st August so she would share the same birthday with her late Atuk, my Ayah). I got the mild contraction as early as 12am but hold up till I can't bear the pain. By 3.30am I can't take it anymore, woke Mr.Walid up and off we went to Annur Medical Centre (AMC).

 

Reached AMC straight to labour room. Waited for my Gynae Dr. Fatimah to break the waterbag.. She came in 5.45am just to check on me and said that she'll break the water bag after Subuh prayer.. I said ok but I want pain killer as I dont want to bear the pain ( I tell you I've being so ngada2 for this pregnant). So she gave me two options: 1) painkiller that'll be jab direct to your butt (30% reduce the pain) 2) epidural that'll be drip through your back and it needs anaesthetic specialist to do that (70%-90% pain reduced). So what was my opt? Of course I chose epidural as i dont want to feel any pain for this time delivery..

 

So after subuh prayer, around 6.15am Dr. Fatimah came in and broke my water bag.. and a few minutes later the contraction pain is getting worst and here came the anaesthetic specialist a corteous man who was very polite to me and his assistant was very helpful through the session.. So was i painless after the pain? Nope! I still feel the pain, but minor.. but still I feel pain warrrgghhh!! I asked the midwife to increase the dose, she refused to do so as I'll be lazy to push my baby out if she did so. Huhu.. I was annoyed that time but think again she was right.. So the contraction keeps going more frequent and till 7.15am I shouted for doctor than the midwife check for my 'bukaan' and it was 9cm. Dr. fatimah came in and my 'pushing' job started.. I couldnt remember how many times I pushed.. but this time was easier and less pain compared to the last delivery I was with Amsyar. So here she was.. weighted 3.0kg, with 55cm long she dissapears all the pain I bear for the last 9 months I carried her.

 

My Precious Gem

 It's been 3 months plus since i gave birth to this precious and most waited baby girl in our life. How time flies so fast.. She can now roll to the left and right.. She would smile to you if we keep calling her name.. She is just too sweet :)

Annur dearie, my prayers are for you to grow up well, healthy, brilliant and pious muslimah. My dream is to see you happy and success in life and hereafter. May you grow up with positive attitude and istiqomah in everything you do.

 

I'm 38 weeks today is my last day in da office!

Yippies... I'm on my way to the long vacation.. To tell the truth, I am just being helpless since I stepped in the 3rd trimester of my pregnancy. So I decided to take early leave 11 days before my duedate.

In another case, I feel very tired lately.. Tired in my case is I cant even stand properly and I feel sleepy all the day..last few days I was an energetic supermom with pot-bellied. But today I am a helpless pregnant lady seeking for attention. I reluctantly go to office since today is my last day.. I need to be in the office as to clear e few task before i leave.

Mee Tonggek.. What's that?

Yesterday, I didn't cook for iftar, as Mr Waled had cravings for Bazar Ramadhan Food. He dragged me there and we had strolled for 2 rounds and still he didn't manage to fulfill his appetite.. I would say he's behaving like a small boy cravings just everything.. In the looking for Iftar food I was attracted to this stall as I never heard of the menu before..

Seriously, I never heard about this menu. So a bit "jakun" yesterday.. kekekee.. I've no idea why is 'tonggek' has to do with the various kinds of noodles, but this stall has many customer lining up to buy their noodles. So I would say the noodles must be tasty ey.. Don't feel like having noodles yesterday for I have planned to make Asam Pedas Ikan Pari.. But it seems to be postponed to some other day.. As i had bought nasi kerabu for yesterday's Iftar.. Hmm.. no piccas of food as we reached home at 7.10pm after picking up cheesestix and chicken bun and drop by to presint 8 market to buy banana and cheesestix nuggets.. But I managed to fry sardines roll as we still hav half loaf of gardenia.

This boy turned two on the 10 of July  June 2012. We organized a small party for him. Inviting families and close friends. Nothing much to write about. Just like other typical birthday party, foods, kids, balloons and crowds and the birthday cake.. Since Amsyar adores Upin & Ipin so much, Ummi had ordered a rainbow Upin & Ipin cake. The cake was so-so.. not to my liking indeed.. But the kids love it because of Upin Ipin I guess..

Happy Iftar & 3rd Ramadhan Menu

Yesterday, I was a 12 hours housewife as my bibik has been transfered to MIL's place. So it was only me who prepared the dish for Iftar.. with this pot-bellied I have easily felt exhausted and fasting makes me be a hot-tempered person (for yesterday) indeed.. So what's for iftar yesterday??

Clockwise: Ayam Golek (bazar ramadhan mari); Murtabak Frozen; Nasi Goreng Cina; Kerabu Mangga and Watermelon juice. Simple yet fulfilling.

I am at 38 weeks in two days time. My labour would be at any hour from now.. So before i deliver my baby, I would  like to fulfill all the crave I have and to clear all the fresh food stock in the fridge.. So I'm a very rajin mak buyongs in the house lately.. Even my husband gave a weird look with me being in the kitchen almost of my time at home.. And today's iftar will probably be "asam pedas ikan pari" and "ayam masak kicap kentang". I need to use the leftovers ayam golek yesterday and because i still have two packs of boned stingrays why not matching them with groovy melaka asam pedas??? hehehe.. see if it's happening this evening.. Till then..

Ok, let's start again..

Yeay.. It's been 1 1/2 year since I last updating this blog.. :))) Hehehe.. I just cant be a blogger/ author I guess.. Really I do have moods.. And this blogging thingy is really depending on my mojo.. And I have lost the mojo for blogging for almost 1 and 1/2 year.. (Clap, clap, clap). The reasons I created this blog are:

1) to actually updating about my two boys growth progress; and

2) because I just want to polish up my writing skill ( if only I have the skill :P )

So with the coming Ramadhan of 1433H, I have determine myself to write as many I can.. so let's see if I can.. Hehe.. There're lots and lots of things to be written in, but as I said earlier I dont have the mojo.. and I hope this mojo I got today will last longer than before.. Ngeh ngeh.. till then.. Salam Ramadhan everyone..

Back To Normal

Am back to normal.. am deeply feel guilty to Mr. Waled.. I've asked for his apologise. Am forgiven :).. Thank God! Got nothing to write about, will write more after Amsyar's Bday Bash.. We'll see..
